Stylists, Fashion Photographers and Designers

Tim Walker

These pictures were taken by a photographer called Tim Walker. He was born in england and works in london at the moment. I love the fantasy ideas in his images. 'His images capture a sublime moment in time, evoking a sense of epic drama and beauty.'

Mario Testino

Mario Testino fashionphotography is highly-polished that has almost been granted the status of art. Traversing the world of fashion and the elite with ease, Testino is one of the highest sought after photographers in the industry.
He brought to fame model Kate Moss and Stella Tennant. Testino is based in London but is internationally famous for his bold fashion advertising campaigns

Natalia Vodianova, the model in the two above images, has a romantic look and a wonderful fairytale life that seems like its out of a dream. This otherworldly quality is a crucial component of Vodianova’s lasting appeal and Mario Testino enhances Vodianova’s ethereal side to create a delightfully girlish editorial full of frothy fabrics and exquisite couture handpicked by stylist Lucinda Chambers. Natalia looks right at home in every single mix of clothing and images.

Rankin

This two images were taken from 'The ten times Rosie' book.
In the collection of images, model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley takes on 10 distinctive characters, reflecting the title of the book. Shot on location in and around LA in April 2010. The book features clothing by Thomas Wylde. The project marks the return to the UK for the British designer who found fame in LA.

Nick Knight

Nick Knight is currently one of the most respected and influential fashion photographers today. He is a british born photographer who has collaborated with most of the leading names in fashion, such as Yohji Yamamoto, Alexander Mcqueen and Yves Saint Laurent.

He is known for going outside the boundaries of normal fashion photography, being highly experimental, and almost fantasy. .

Camilla Akrans

'A Romantic aesthete influencing an intimate suggestiveness and warm approach along with a rare female gaze in fashion photography. from sensual framing and movement to softening the feminine form further into an ethereal mythology where it’s only ever belonged.'

Rockie Nolan

Rockie Nolan's work is simply beautiful, so soft and youthful. Her use of light is wonderful, She always seems to capture her pictures at the perfect moment before the sun sets. Nolan's work always has a concept or meaning planted in it. Each picture has a deeper meaning or symbol behind it than when you first look.

Raymond Meier

Raymond Meir moved was born in Switzerland but he moved to New York City to concentrate on still life and fashion. Since then he has come to be recognised as one of the leading photographers in his field.
Today, in addition to his advertising work, he is a contributing photographer to American and International editions of vogue and The New York Style Magazine.

Kirsty Mitchell

“I was born in 1976 and raised in the English county of Kent, known to many as the ‘Garden of England’. My earliest memories were always of the stories read to me by my mother as a child … how it felt to be curled into her side, listening to the rush of her breath as she paused for effect, before launching into yet another characters voice. She was an English teacher, and read to me almost everyday, to an age I could no longer admit to my friends. She instilled in me the most precious gift a mother could, her imagination and a belief in beauty…… it became my root, and the place I constantly try to return to in my work, and my dreams.”

Kirsty’s photography and lighting skills are gorgeous as well her color schemes. Her photographs are delicate and yet so powerful.
She is a London Based fashion designer who just recently started shooting photography. Nice to see that when you understand the principles of design they can be applied to various mediums for much quicker success.

I love Kirsty Mitchell's photography, its new and exciting and she has been extremely creative and come up with vast amounts of ideas. All of these ideas open her up to us in some way.
